Some information about returning items to us.

Xtra Care Equipment are under no obligation to accept the return of items in the following situations:

– Ordering in error
– In surplus to what you needed
– The item is no longer required
– You change your mind

To accept a return of goods in the above circumstances, the goods must be in a ‘Like New’, re-saleable condition, packaged in their original packaging and returned within 7 days from the date of supply. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.

Cancellation of orders for custom items cannot be accepted following the initial placement of the order.
