We strive to achieve a factory level of workmanship – quality is everything!
Most of the equipment we supply requires maintenance over time to keep it working reliably and to prolong its life. Our Broadview premises incorporate a fully equipped workshop enabling us to service, repair or modify all of the equipment we supply, along with most other brands on the market using genuine parts. Our technicians can come to you to assess and complete the repairs if required.
Experienced Technicians
Our technicians are industry trained to work specifically on rehabilitation equipment. They are also test and tag certified and have up to date police checks. Most importantly, they have the experience to understand the inconvenience caused by equipment that is out of action and work tirelessly to get it up and running as quickly as possible.
Scheduled Maintenance
Most mobility equipment should be serviced at regular intervals to ensure optimal performance and prevent unnecessary failures. We understand how difficult it can be to keep up to date with these schedules and can set up a maintenance program to notify you in advance when your equipment is due. This is a free service and there’s no obligation to keep to this schedule if you decide your equipment doesn’t need it.
Understanding and maintaining your own equipment can also help prevent unnecessary failures. When equipment is delivered, we do our best to educate clients and carers about recommended weekly or monthly checks to complete between services. The product manual supplied should also explain how to properly use and maintain your equipment.
