The Quickie GP and GPV line of wheelchairs iare ideal for active users who need a chair for everyday use as well as sports activities. The one-piece, welded frame offers a solid, rigid ride and a lighter overall chair weight. With a variety of options, the GP series wheelchair can be customized to fit tall, short, long or wide. Any individual can find a home in a GP.

Standard with a 70 front frame angle; the GPV front end option tapers inward in a V-like fashion. Both of these features are designed to hold the legs in a tighter position to provide exceptional maneuverability. Adjustable axle positions available for center of gravity adjustment Sports orientated Quickie performance wheels are an available option (basketball and tennis) Multiple axle plate options such as double slot and amputee are available to meet individual needs. The GPV comes standard with seven degrees of camber for easier propulsion but the camber can be adjusted from 0-12 degrees

Height Adjustable Armrest

Designed for easy adjustment, this detachable padded armrest can be moved up and down with ease. Available with either a 10" standard pad or a 14" full length pad.

Folding Back

With the folding back option, portability is a snap. Just pull the wheels off, fold and pop in the car. Folding backrest is available with or without push handles.

Hanger Options

The Quickie GP Swing-away is available with a variety of hanger options. Choose from 60, 70 and 90 degree standard hangers, or try the 70 degree "V" style hanger.

Caster Options

quickie offers a wide selection of casters in all different shapes and sizes. Try the 3" Micros for on-court maneuvrability or opt for polyurethane or pneumatic casters on either aluminium or composite rims.

Custom Frames

Each Quickie GPV frame is custom built for the user. Whether it is a tall, short, long, wide or squeezed frame you're after, Quickie can accommodate your needs. If you don't see it listed on the order form, just ask!

Rigid Platform Footplate

Quickie's rigid platform footplate is designed to acommodate Quickie GP and GPV chairs with front frame bends greater than 75 degrees. The footplate is angle adjustable to provide proper foot and leg positioning.

ISO Standards Approval

Australian Standards have been developed to ensure equipment meets recognised safety and reliability criteria. To achieve this status, equipment must pass a series of tests in which it is put under difficult conditions that are designed to be similar to those that the child or adult may face when the equipment is used. For example, wheelchairs are tested for safhas gained Australian Standard acceptance, it provides a sense of satisfaction and reassurance that it is safe to be used and will do the job.
