Warranty

Many of our products are sourced from different manufacturers and suppliers who have their own individual Warranty Policies.  A general guide explaining warranty coverage can be found below. For more detailed information please refer to the Warranty Section in the PDF Owner’s Manual above.

Any item purchased is warranted from the date of purchase against faults arising due to defects in materials or manufacturing.

Warranty does not cover parts or electrical components damaged by misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation, nor those tampered with, altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, eg tyres and tubes.

All warranty claims must be returned to us for assessment.

Custom Accessories & Fitting

Often a clients circumstances require that an accessory and or wheelchair be modified allowing for correct installation. If a joystick handle is not available in the right style or a foot plate will not sit on the right angle we will exhaust all possibilities in fabricating, adapting or doing whatever we have to do ensuring that they are able to operate and benefit from the accessory effectively.

Anti Tip Rollers G1

Designed to reduce the chance of tipping under propulsion or braking.

To install, simply slide the anti tip bar over the sideframe, and tighten the locknut on the clamp to secure the bar to the sideframe.

Armrest Trough Fixed

Backrest Board, Cushioned, Removeable

Removeable cushioned backrest board for G1, G2, G3 and Series 4 manual and powered wheelchairs. The backrest board is fitted with 4 aluminum frame hooks which sit over and wrap around the sideframe and fits snuggly into the assembly, Bodypoint ClickIt and FixIt are then used to support the hooks in place, this in turn produces a high level of rigidity for the occupant whilst not sacrificing any comfort. Please reference picture for removal / install instructions.

Tray, slide in complete, this assembly comprises of a tray, a mounting frame and two mounting brackets. The mounting brackets sit underneath the wheelchair arms and the frame can be slid in and out in these mounting brackets.

Tray, Slide in Locking (MOUNTING BRACKETS ONLY)

Very similar to the mounts found in 1581 Tray, Slide in Kit, these mounts differ in that they are locking slides, these mounts come with a lug attached to the side and a knob that once the frame has been inserted into the mount, can be tightened to ensure that the frame will not move. These are commonly ordered by occupants or distributors with intentions to design their own mounting frame or a completely different purpose altogether.
