Many of our products are sourced from different manufacturers and suppliers who have their own individual Warranty Policies.  A general guide explaining warranty coverage can be found below. For more detailed information please refer to the Warranty Section in the PDF Owner’s Manual above.

Any item purchased is warranted from the date of purchase against faults arising due to defects in materials or manufacturing.

Warranty does not cover parts or electrical components damaged by misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation, nor those tampered with, altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, eg tyres and tubes.

All warranty claims must be returned to us for assessment.

Custom Accessories & Fitting

Often a clients circumstances require that an accessory and or wheelchair be modified allowing for correct installation. If a joystick handle is not available in the right style or a foot plate will not sit on the right angle we will exhaust all possibilities in fabricating, adapting or doing whatever we have to do ensuring that they are able to operate and benefit from the accessory effectively.

Accessories

Anti Tip Rollers G2

Designed to reduce the chance of tipping under propulsion or braking.

To install, simply slide the anti tip bar inside the rear quarter frame, align the frame hole with the bar hole and then using a 6mm allen key tighten the bolt on the outside of the frame to secure the anti tip bar to the sideframe.

Armrest Adult Adjustable Height, Allows the occupant of the chair to define armrest height in increments of 25mm.

Backrest Board, Cushioned, Removeable

Removeable cushioned backrest board for G1, G2, G3 and Series 4 manual and powered wheelchairs. The backrest board is fitted with 4 aluminum frame hooks which sit over and wrap around the sideframe and fits snuggly into the assembly, Bodypoint ClickIt and FixIt are then used to support the hooks in place, this in turn produces a high level of rigidity for the occupant whilst not sacrificing any comfort. Please reference picture for removal / install instructions.

This Backrest is standard on SPX, Hyper and G2 Cruz while optional on G2 manual wheelchairs. Designed to fold out on removal from the chair to expose the adjustable tension straps, where the tension of the backrest can be setup, loosen the straps to allow the backrest to be softer, tighten the straps to make the backrest firm.

Connecting Flap Backrest to Seat

Connecting flap, integrated into the backrest upholstery for G2 and Series 4 wheelchairs, connects to the seat panel via velcro.
Ideal for securing aftermarket cushions and ensuring they don't slide out the back, it also assists in as the chair ages the panels will stretch slightly this flap ensures that the gap between the backrest upholstery and the seat upholstery remains consistent for years to come.

Fold Down and Removable Backrest option

Optional addition to any G2 manual wheelchair, where it allows the user to drop down the backrest panel for easy storage.
To drop the panel two locking pins at the back must be lifted this allows the backrest to tilt forward, to remove lift on the panel once it has been lowered.

Cloth G2 side guard, used to shield the thighs and hips from the tyres and frame.
The G2 cloth side guard mounts underneath the seat upholstery rails, requiring the removal of the seat screws, then holding the side guard in position under the seat whilst the seat screws are driven back in. The top section of the guard is fitted with velcro which attaches itself to the inside of the backrest. In this way tension can be defined, by moving the velcro strip tension or slack can be created.

Tray, slide in complete, this assembly comprises of a tray, a mounting frame and two mounting brackets. The mounting brackets sit underneath the wheelchair arms and the frame can be slid in and out in these mounting brackets.

Tray, Slide in Locking (MOUNTING BRACKETS ONLY)

Very similar to the mounts found in 1581 Tray, Slide in Kit, these mounts differ in that they are locking slides, these mounts come with a lug attached to the side and a knob that once the frame has been inserted into the mount, can be tightened to ensure that the frame will not move. These are commonly ordered by occupants or distributors with intentions to design their own mounting frame or a completely different purpose altogether.

One arm drive conversion kit for G2 manual wheelchairs, allows the chair to be steered from one side of the chair. The chair also still retains its ability to fold away due to a concertina drive shaft connecting the right to the left wheel.
