34 interconnected air-filled cells, each covered with a layer of pressure relieving silicone-based TRUGEL. When pressure is applied, air circulates to each of the cells, distributing weight evenly, thus reducing high pressure concentrations around bony prominences. The TRUGEL layer heps maintain body temperature and provides added comfort.
Comes with a waterproof and washable cover suitable for incontenent users. "Top" and "Back" labels ensure correct use of cushion by carers.
