The funtional hand splint
Designed by therapists. Its design maintains soft tissue length in the fingers and wrists and allows for functional activity of the arm, whilst maintaining good joint alignment in the hand. The unique design of the core allows it to be used with a wide range of implements and tools as part of a wider therapeutic programme eg., pens, pencils, cutlery, hairbrushes etc whilst maintaining the hand in the correct therapeutic position. Objects can be placed in either the narrower or wider end of the splint. Suitable for all ages and conditions experiencing decreased functionality in their hands.
